    I'm not a developer but could someone steer me in the right direction to finding if MS, GM and OnStar plan to create an OnStar RemoteLink app for WP8 OS?

    Nothing has been publicly announced yet. I seriously doubt we'll hear anything announced before it is publicly available. Sorry.

    Yeah I read at one point they had an App for the Chevy Volt and I think it was called Chevy VoltLink and people said it would perform some standard functions for other GM vehicles but I've not found it even though it was once in the WindowsPhone app store.
