Hey guys, I have found a way to developer unlock Windows Phone 8/8.1 for free without having to install the full Windows Phone SDK.
I am sure many of you may already know this, but I am posting it here so that those who don't know the way, may know it now.

What trouble is installing a small software and using it. And besides I'm just talking about the method to dev unlock the device for a normal user who is not a dev.

You don't have to be developer to do the way I showed either. You just need to sign up. For free. You get a certified app from MS to dev unlock your phone. You get the latest OS updates. No hacking required. No PC required.

Why would you do it any other way?
