Hello.

I was considering to promote my app downloads via paid services . I am not considering adduplex for this since I have gotten bad ctr with it .
Should I go with Admob which has pay per click model (though that does not guarantee conversions) or is pubcenter better which gives you ad impressions ?

I was user of MS PubCenter, but later switched to AdMobe. Admobe has 10x times better filling rate! I never sow 99% in pubcenter. And the amount of income also increased 10x times.
You can try both of them with ad meditation as it allows you to rotate ads from different sources

I tried many services and none really was worth.

In my oppinion you must spent > 10 000 Dollars to really see a boost or to write a success story.

Admob has been the best for our apps so far. There are others like smaato and pubcenter but none of them provide a consistent fill rate and ecpm .

for promoting, chartangel.com would definitely be a good choice for you if you have a game. they are a games only platform and exclusively available on Windows Phone. for monetizing though, I don't know if they have good fill rate as they are relatively new service.
