Is this place where we can communicate with the developers?

There are developers around in the forum and I believe they can be reached here as well. Take for example the developer of the camera app ProShot, where the developer actively participates in the dedicated thread for his app; or the developer of Appy Weather who seemed to be actively monitoring feedback for his app months ago through the forums.

However, there's a strong probability that not all developers are available here in Windows Central. If you want to communicate directly to a particular developer of a certain app, you should be able to find their contact information (usually an email address) within the app settings or about page - this is a more certain method of contacting our developers.
