Much like iOS devices, our Windows Phone (and Windows 10 Mobile) devices can't download a majority of website files.
Microsoft Edge (PC) just got right-click - Save As functionality (maybe it's in the works, for mobile).
Is there anything that gives that ability, currently?
I'm guessing it would have to be a Windows 10 app, as Windows Phone 8 had greater regulations on where you could save files.
