Certification

I have created one app that basically have a webview. My app is failing in certification (particularly 10.3). My question is do I have to take care of what is displayed in webview like in that website we can login and watch videos etc. Do I need to give test account of that website? Another point to note is that site is a Indian site I am not sure if it is accessible outside India I have made the app available only in India do I need to write any note for testing?

What does the certification report say?

Usually it lists which certification rule(s) you broke, first by quoting the rule in full and then by giving you some remarks from the person who tested the app.

Ya that only it is 10.3
