This is certainly another case of misunderstanding. Until there is no official statement, you cannot state that they will bring their camera technology to Samsung or HTC or whatever. What if they consider to bring camera to their X series? Or, as stated in the comments, probably they look for a replacement for the guy who left Nokia for Apple?
Just speculations and thoughts, nothing certain.

If you read it rightly in experience demanded you can't say what you said right away... They demanded a person having experience on Android/kernel

Nokia X are one of the most popular phones in several countries (like Russia), so why not investing in it..?

What i think that's not an OS like Windows IOS and Android... There is no platform to develop applications or anything else that just works on a fastlan to make users download Android apps... That's all nothing different or distinguished at itself... Seems like a copy cat

The positive side if they become camera parts supplier is perhaps, they can scale the cost down by producing more units because now they have more buyers for those parts.
That's if they don't screw up.

You guys do know that, A) the "Nokia team" works at Microsoft now, and B) Microsoft also owns the tech and rights to all aspects of Lumia phones, both screen tech and camera tech.

So anything Nokia brings won't be what Lumias have, though that may not be a bad thing, we'll see.

This is actually wrong.
A) The Nokia imaging team works for Microsoft. But not the imaging R&D team. They're separate things. The imaging team at Microsoft works with the implementation of Nokia technologies into platforms. As the imaging team was dedicated exclusively to implementing that tech on WP after Eflop killed Symbian and the 808, it was expected that those guys moved to Microsoft (mind you, some didn't. Partinen, for example, left to go work for Apple's imaging team).
However, the imaging R&D is still done at Nokia. Which leads me to point 2;
B) Microsoft owns NOTHING of what you described. Nokia retained ALL the patents they had, including ALL the phone patents. They license the patents to Microsoft for Microsoft to use on their future phones, but the patents ("tech and rights" as you called it) remain all in the hands of Nokia.

________________________

And yes, Nokia is obviously developing imaging solutions. Because they kept all the patents, it's in their best interests to keep improving on them and creating new things. The more they create, the more patents they have to use and license.
And yes, it's possible that Nokia will be bringing their camera tech and all the new tech they're developing to other platforms, namely Android, since Nokia has moved to Android since the deal with Microsoft closed.
And it's possible that such tech arrives in the form of consumer products. If it will be a Camera-phone (like the Panasoniz Lumix one) or just a camera, or an app, or a phone, that remains to be seen. Let's not forget that until 31st December, Nokia can't put their name or license their name to be used on mobile phones. But they can put it on cameras, wearables, tablets etc.

Nokia WILL be at MWC next month. Maybe they'll shed some more light into what they've been cooking. Or maybe they won't. We'll see ;)

The fact that they need to hire these people for such a project seems to indicate that the people they used to have this stuff do are at microsoft. does anybody know if the team in charge of amking the camera tech were shifted to microsoft? i bet microsoft also took a good share of the image patents.

Microsoft didn't take ANY patents at all. They are licensing the patents from Nokia, but the patents are Nokia's property and for Nokia to do with them as they please.

As for the teams, the imaging teams responsible for the implementation of the patents on the phones moved to Microsoft (well, those who accepted). Juha and some of his friends were responsible for implementing the tech on platforms like Windows Phone. Hence their moving. The R&D Teams remained at Nokia. Of course, if Nokia intends to implement the patents on Android, they'll need people with knowledge of Android to do so.
Then there's also the part of the imaging tech that wasn't responsibility of Nokia but of Carl Zeiss. That part is Carl Zeiss themselves who are responsible for and Zeiss is still in charge of that part. They have, however, no exclusive partnership with Microsoft and therefore they'll work with anyone who approaches them (they already have with Sony on their QX Android lenses).

I know at least Juha Alakarhu and his team, also at least 1 patent of Nokia in camera department is with Microsoft now

what makes you think the R&D team and the PureView patents are not with Microsoft, DCJBS?
