Edge has too many bugs to work as a stand alone app on the TP Mobile. They need to include IE as well until Edge can operate properly. You cannot fill in forms without it refreshing to a blank page. This is not good. I have installed Surfcube and UC Browser in the meantime.

The menu refreshing problem is new to 10512 build. Hopefully, they fixed it in the new build.

That is the nature of development builds. There will be bugs. This is especially true for the fast ring. If you need your phone to be perfect, e.g. If it is your daily driver, it might be better to just wait for the official release.

Regarding IE, they had to remove it to make sure Edge is working and nothing is broken. IE was tightly integrated in the OS so removing it early is important to find the bugs and rehook some things to Edge. They did leave both for a couple of builds as I remember.

IE hasn't been removed, its my default browser, just open up Cortana and type it, there it is.

I think we are talking about the Mobile OS, aren't we?

Yes, IE on desktop was just sidelined. It is kept there for compatibility purposes.

Yes, we're talking about Win10 Mobile here, where internet Explorer is no longer included with the last few builds.

On the PC, internet Explorer is still included and in the Start menu under All Apps/Windows Accessories.
