Reading list merge/import?

Perhaps this is just my lack of knowledge, but I'm trying to consolidate my old 'reading list app' with 'reading list' in Edge. Is there a way to import the old items into Edge, is syncing both asking too much?

Same question, but adding another. Can they sync with windows phone reading list in edge or app too?

it's funny how certain things sync without any issues across different devices (mail, calendar...) while others don't (edge, groove(at least with radio stations)
