Cannot Close Edge

My wife upgraded to 10, this week (actually, her laptop decided to upgrade itself, but that's another story). She has an issue where she cannot close Edge and has to go to Task Manager to kill it. She did reboots and checked for updates but no joy. She has gone back to IE.

Anyone else seeing this?
