Came across this by accident after just watching a video. Haven't seen any post about it on this forums so, here it is. You simply press the following combination of keyboard keys, and Edge, or any other Windows Store application instantly enters full-screen mode:
Ctrl + Win + Enter
Press the same combination of keyboard keys to exit full-screen mode, or hover you mouse pointer to the top right corner of your screen and click the exit full-screen button.
Not sure why this handy feature isn't readily accessible via a shortcut in Edge's overflow menu, but that's typical of microsoft...
