i have new XBOX 360 Slimline

but i dont find any of thease settings in settings menu of XBOX how is described in this topic... maybe is difference XBOX releases?
i cant log with my old Live accounts, always get region error only worked creating of new account
found in Profile - Account Security option for change Live ID where can merge (i think is merge) new account with my old (which used in WP7) but must wait 30 days.... did anyone can confirm this is OK or give me advice?
