I have tried both customercare@nokia.com & customercare@microsoft.com to get in touch about my device's faulty touch screen. I went to Nokia care and they discarded my issue so I don't want to go anymore.
They only replied once to my email after which they never replied after I replied back. I have tried sending couple of times again but no reply. Please help.
