Samsung Series 7 Slate with Windows 8...

Has anyone put Windows 8 on a Series 7? Was wondering how it runs and if there are any issues in functionality?

I use one for my WinRT and WinPRT development in VS2013. I have it connected to a 23" monitor via HDMI and then a mouse+keyboard connected via a USB hub. Plenty fast enough for my development work and the touchscreen stays active even when using the external monitor (which is great for testing).

I can't recall running into any issues with it and Win8.

So does the home button work properly (i.e. bring you back to the start screen)? What about the accelerometer?

No, the home button doesn't work properly (I forgot about that since I mostly use the Samsung docked and the SurfaceRT as a tablet). I also haven't tried out all the internal devices since my app mainly uses XAML+Direct3D. Someone else will need to chime in on those.
