If someone is looking for a good hybrid, there is currently a $400 coupon available for the $1275 XPS 12 in the Dell Outlet. It is refurbished but comes with a full one year warranty and is spec'd at 1080P display, I7 processor, 256GB SSD, & 8GB RAM. It is not the new generation 4 processor but is a quite exceptional deal. The code is: NN6?9X4X8GPL38 and page link is: Dell | Dell. They really are quite nice machines and this is one step below the top model (that has a 512GB drive).

Without looking too much into it, seems like a pretty decent price to me for the amount of SSD space.

Not a bad price, but I'm not buying any non desktop PC without an Intel 4th Gen Core processor (Haswell).

....then don't buy it. This was not posted to entertain yet another Haswell is the second coming conversation. My XPS 12 easily pulls six hours under real world use and the 4th generation version gets eight hours under "marketing" conditions. Once again, marketing and actual use are not the same thing. Beyond that though, if someone wants a good machine at a very good price this is worth consideration - as a point of comparison, the 4th generation is $1499 which is more than a few dollars difference. It also means you can get a much better spec'd but comparable size device to the Yoga 11S with a better warranty and only limited bump up in price. Buy what you want but it would be appreciated if people did not hijack threads just to give their Haswell mantra. It is also not a desktop PC. It is a 12.5 in screen laptop hybrid.

To be fair, Haswell has performed really well in real world conditions as well (look at the new Macbook Air). I do agree though that getting an equivalent Haswell computer would be harder (still not many out there) and considerably more expensive.

Dude, chill out. I didn't hijack this thread. I simply stated my opinion about "non" desktop PCs.
You're coming across as either a punk or a crazy person.

Have you received the item yet? Does the "certified refurbished" have light scratches on the screen or anywhere else? Please let me know as I am considering purchasing one of these.
