Sell Surface for Nexus 7 now... Surface pro 2 buy later. What do you think?

Debating selling my surface rt at a big loss, which is expected with selling technology, in order to buy a nexus 7. I want a 7 inch device and the nexus is great for the money. I still want a surface but the ARM processors ain't cutting it performance wise for my needs, its just way to slow to load. Further, a nexus would allow me to mess around with the android market for any apps that are unavailable on our beloved windows devices.

Is this foolish?

Just a thought but maybe you want to take a look at the new 8 inch full windows tablets coming out? I mean of course depends on your uses and financial ability. But I would do that as opposed to getting the nexus 7, but that's just me
