The quality...and how much does it matter?

I plan to give up my iPad Mini soon. Like in a couple of months. So, the two might contenders are Dell Venue 8 Pro and Lenovo Miix2. Now, the catch is quality. The specs are near-identical...but what is stopping me from pulling the trigger on either is the screen quality and the build, of course.

If you were in my position, and had the same budget, which one would you pick?

Or is there a better alternative, I haven't come across?

I have not researched the Miix2, but I am heavily debating on getting the Venue 8 Pro. Its seems perfect for mobility and the stylus is perfect for notes, sketches, and fun.

Miix2 would be a good choice , as it has an extra GPS and a 8MP camera , with the same specs . Dell feels better on hands , but Lenovo ist so sleek and lighter than Dell .The screen resolution depends on your preferences . I held the Venue Pro 8 at a Microsoft store and it had a really good feel to it in terms of build quality.
