Are there any Sega Saturn and Dreamcast emulators in the works for Windows 8/RT?

Just as the title says so does anyone know if NullDC and any sort of Saturn emulator is in the works for Windows 8/RT and Phone 8?

I have no idea , but I haven't heard those names in a long time. Dreamcast had some amazing games.

Dreamcast did and the best ports of PC and PS1 with extra's. What I like most about the Dreamcast is full keyboard compatibility with some games like Quake, Railroad Tycoon, and Rainbow Six.

Yabause also for Windows 8/RT and Phone 8.
