Dell Venue 11 PRO LTE Sprint or ATT version unlocked?

I'm thinking of purchasing a Dell Venue 11 Pro LTE but they only have a LTE version for 5808E for ATT, Sprint and Verizon.

I was wondering if these are Sim unlocked to use on T-mobile?

no, these are not sim unlocked. you have to contact the customer service centres to get them unlocked
