Flipboard on W8.1 or IOS?

Recently I saw a review of clipboard flipboard for Wp8.1 vs. IOS. I'm curious about this about W8 though. I think it's pretty awesome on my SP3. But I haven't tried it on IOS. Thoughts?

That's a good question. I just did a search of iMore for "Flipboard for iPad" and didn't find many recent threads. I did find this thread, but it apparently is about limitations of the iPhone Flipboard app, but it doesn't mention what it better about the iPad Flipboard app.

I've tried the app on the original iPad Mini and I saw that it worked quite well.

I haven't used the Windows Phone app yet, but the main problem that people seem to be facing are performance issues, oh and the app isn't optimized for 512 MB RAM phones.

But apart from performance, I believe the app is the same.

Actually I just saw the video of Windows Phone's Flipboard app vs iOS's app, and turns out the Windows Phone version for now leaves quite a lot to be desired.

flipboard on Windows 8.1 is awesome... that's why I'm shocked how bare the WP8.1 version is.
