Can you sync your tablet and your PC?

I currently have a Windows PC running 8.1 and I just purchased a Lenovo Miix 2 8 inch tablet. I have customized the start screen on my tablet exactly how I want it. I would like my desktop to have the same apps in the same spots. Is that possible? Like if I move a tile on my tablet, can the same tile on my PC move where I put it?

Yes. Go into Settings. Then go into OneDrive and make sure all of your sync options are on. It might take a few minutes to half an hour to adjust everything, but it will eventually sync up nicely. :)

I would also make sure you have all of the same apps installed to both devices. Sometimes that can throw off the start screen on one device.

The other issue would be that since the tablet is only 8", you won't be able to fit all of the Live Tiles (If you have a lotta them) that you have on your PC start screen.

As far as apps go, if you don't have the same apps installed on both PCs, place holder tiles will be put in place for you to download if you want to.
As far as the 8 inch screen not fitting all of the tiles on the screen, just make sure that you swipe in from the right, select tiles, then make sure the "Show More Tiles" option is on.

Hope that helps.

Just did a factory reset on my tablet and by the installation it asked if it had to sync my apps. Every thing is back from apps to background and login wallpaper.
You can choose what you want to sync in the settings menu. Works great.
