Why doesn't my phone accept 3G?

Why my phone not accept 3G

My mobile name is Karbonn Titanium Windows W4. When I transfer data connection from 2G to 3G it shows restart and I could not enjoy high speed data . It is the permenant error. Please advise me a solution so that I could enjoy 3G data.

First a few questions.
What happens if you put this SIM in another phone?
Are you sure you have a 3G SIM or is it a 2G SIM
Are you sure that you or your provider enabled 3G for your?
Did you contact your provider already?
