Yes. I just bought and quickly sold an Onda dual OS. I bought it a month ago from an ebay seller from China. Until a more reputable name brand releases a proper dual OS, I would stay away from buying one. Here is my story....
After paying, I waited a couple of weeks or so for the tablet to be deliverd. On the day it arrived, I quickly drove home from work, grabbed the package from my front porch, and went inside to open it. The tablet itself was rather nicely built for the price. I was pretty impressed. The screen was definitely not gorilla glass 1, 2, 3, 4, or whatever. It was covered in a plastic, pre-installed screen protector, and the resolution was pretty good. Good enough for me. Moving on.... I powered up the device, and it booted into Windows. The "company" I bought this tablet from had apparently already gone into the OS and installed the English language packs and set up an Admin account for me. Although this was nice of them, I am somewhat paranoid, so I immediately performed a reset....my fatal mistake. After completing the reset, everything was reverted back to Chinese. No biggie. I totally knew this would happen...Bing Translator app to the rescue. After a half hour or so, I was back in business...everything was once again in English. However, mysteriously, Windows was no longer activated. I was a little irritated now. So, I emailed the seller. His first response was, "I can't believe you reset your tablet right after you got it." I informed them/him that I always do that when someone has been in the OS before me. I also informed them that Windows was not activated on the tablet. They had the nerve to accuse me of trying to get an activation key to use on some other tablet that I might own. So, I sent pictures and other proof to ensure to them that it was, in fact, their tablet that was not activated. Once they were convinced, they sent me an activation code and instructions on how to get everything up and running. It didn't work. I emailed them again. They responded with a lengthy email informing me that what they were going to tell me was a secret, and that I could not tell anyone else what they were going to tell me. What?!?! I know....I was shocked. So, I called Microsoft to report all of this. Microsoft checked the now two activation codes that this seller had given me, and informed me that both were on the blacklist for being pirated. Great. I told the seller that I had contacted Microsoft about their activation codes. The seller was pretty mad, and asked me to return the tablet in exchange for a new one. I decided to just sell the tablet to someone more technically inclined that I am in hopes that they would get some use out of it.
So, from my experience, I can't recommend buying any dual OS tablet unless that tablet is being sold in/from a reputable retailer or manufacturer. I'd totally stay away from buying directly from China.
Hope that helps.
