My Nextbook 10.1 won't come on and if it does, I can't see the screen. What should I do?

my nextbook 10.1 won't come on and if it does, i can't see the screen

I tried to turn my nextbook on in the sunlight and I could see nothing. I had wanted to take some video with it. why does this happen and what can i do about it.

Raise the brightness level to the top and clean the screen may help.

Then again if the Sun too bright like on 12:00 you'll still have problem.
