Tablets with hdmi port and 4g connectivity

I wish to buy a tablet to which I can connect external monitor and wireless keyboard so that I can use it as a desktop at home.
 
You'll need an adapter though, as the Surface 3 has a min-Display Port, but yeah, the Surface 3 LTE is probably your best bet.
