Lenovo MIIX 700 vs Surface SP4

Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a tablet I intend to use for some on-site work.

Here is my wishlist:

must have:
- fanless design
- a nice stylus
- excellent interaction between the tablet and the stylus
- runs desktop applications
- Windows 10
- at least one USB port
- WI-FI

nice to have:
- LTE
- 8 GB of RAM
- easy upgradable/replaceable parts
- more ports

based on the above I have three contenders: the SP4 , and the two Lenovo MIIX 700 models (let's call them "base" and "pro"). The base beig almost identical with the SP4 (m3 model), the "pro" featuring an m7 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD.

Unfortunately I cannot find any good reviews of the Lenovo particularly when it comes to the stylus interaction, hence I ask you:

- How good is the stylus on the Lenovo is the interaction as good as on the Sp4 or even better?
- Also if you have the LTE model does it also have WI-FI or is it mutually exclusive?
- Any other remarks?
