went and had a look at one, but you cant open the box as its sealed and you would have to buy, crazy Argos policy, but the phone looks great, read the specs on the back of the box and its 5" IPS, quad core, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage with SD card expansion.

Anyone tried one or have one?

Argos have a 30 day return policy on pretty much anything, you can purchase it and if you don't like it return it.

Thats not what they told me, i did ask that question, they said you can only return if its still sealed in the box in unused condition, and yes they would refund or replace, if its opened and used, it would have to be a fault.

Oh yeah you have to say there's a fault but it can be something miniscule, I've returned loads of opened electronics because they either didn't suit or where too slow. If you say something like the WiFi kept dropping or it would randomly restart throughout the day they will refund you no questions asked. Argos are really good that way, I've even been refunded for products 6 months after I've bought them, they offer an exchange then if you return it they will refund you.
