It's not perfect, but we are waiting for the UWP to roll out for W10/W10M. Check out Livescape. Super comprehensive, tracks manually and auto. Syncs to Heath Vault. Has more trackable options than I've ever seen in any other App I've looked at.

In W10M the current version won't run under lock screen, but the "soft lock" option does work. That's the only ding against it that I've found. Costs a bit, but it tracks everything and the sync to Health Vault seals the deal for me. One App and all aggregated into one place.

I have the Garmin Fenix 3, it is awesome, and there is a Garmin Connect Windows Phone app.
