Lumia 920 vs 650 vs 550

Hi,

I have have Lumia 920 currently running Windows 10 Mobile 10.0.10586.545. I'm starting to have hardware issues. So I need to buy a new phone. I was trying to wait for the next phone release by Microsoft (hoping for a surface phone or something...) but won't be able to do that.

There's no carrier with windows phone. Microsoft Store is my only option with unlocked phones. I don't have the money for the 950 for now so what would you suggest? The Lumia 550 or the 650? I'm in Canada so those are my 2 options.

Will any of those 2 better than the 920? I love that phone..... just sad it's not working very well anymore.

The difference in cost between the 550 and 650 is almost nothing. 169$ vs 199$ CAD. So I'll go with the best. I'll have that phone only until the next one Microsoft release. Is there a huge difference between the 650 and the 920?

I also love my 920 - been using it for years! Never let me down...however...

The 650 is way newer than than 920 and that little guy will stand toe to toe with the 920!

I went from a 920 running 10586 to a 640 running 14393. The OS is a much better experience. The 640 is a great little phone. I imagine the 650 would be as well. The only thing I miss is my wireless charging and low light photos. But everything else is better on the 640.

Get the 650,phone has great build,looks like premium device and is very light,thin also,performs for everyday functions,if you got more money get the 950 but the 650 beats the 920 & even 640,more future proof also

Get the 650 over the 550. Better device all around. Just so you know the 550 and 650 don't have a compass/magnometer so you won't be able to get compass apps in the store. Otherwise the 650 is a very good choice for day to day tasks.

I'd go with the 650, but really you should just save up for the 950 - you'll be that much happier. The 920 back in the day was amazing and the 950 series will be similar presently.

I'd go for the Lumia 650 for sure. It's a great, premium little device and it'll probably best the 920 in almost every way. If you can jump for a 950 I would but the 650 is my second choice.
