So today I log into the Microsoft Device Support Portal to check on the status of my Band 2 warranty exchange and was greeted by this nice message. It is not a hyperlink, just a message with no explanation. Yes I know that support for Mobile devices was offloaded to a third party, but I still find that message insulting; specially with no explanations...
