    Hello All,

My parents and I are Windows phone users. One thing that older folks have trouble with is the timing of the touch/swipe gesture. My folks tend to touch and hold a bit too long before swiping to scroll the tiles and often end up putting the tiles into edit mode and inadvertently move (and even remove) the tiles.

Is there a way to prevent the tiles from going into editing mode? Perhaps manually turn tile editing on/off?

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to stop that.

For reference, are you inquiring about Windows Phone 8 or Windows 10 Mobile? That would help us help you better since some settings have been adjusted between the two.
