Paid music disappearing in Xbox Music

I know of two albums that I paid for that are not showing up in Xbox Music but I'm not sure if its a glitch or not. I had to reset my 925 and I noticed that one of my albums Sirens of the Sea by OceanLab isn't there. I searched for thinking it was a glitch and found the artist page and went straight for the album and it is asking me to pay for it again. Anyone else having this issue?

It is the stupid way the Xbox Music Marketplace works. You can only download it for a certain period of time. I had this problem with the songs I bought and support was able to refund them to me and I bought them again. They then recommend you back them up with SkyDrive and told me that it was a licensing issue which annoys me as iTunes allows you to re-download your purchases.
