Why is Groove music on Windows 10 crashing?

Groove music on Windows 10 crashing

I've been using Groove with no problems for weeks (since it's release) but yesterday it started crashing three seconds after I start it, I've restarted the surface pro 3 I have and nothing seems to help, I'll try to uninstall and reinstall to try to fix, but was wondering if someone else is experiencing this.

(Update) un-istalled and re-installed the application and no luck... the application still crashes... any help will be appreciated

This is happening to me on my Dell Venue11 Pro.
Works fine on my self-built desktop though.

I just upgraded to 10 on the Dell; and I think it is crashing during the sign-in process.

Any guidance on this is much appreciated!!!

Yes, I'm experiencing this exact same problem on both my desktop and Surface Pro 4. First the desktop app just started always crashing, while it would open on the SP4 just fine. Now, however, it crashes after starting on my Surface too. This is infuriating, the only way to use Groove for me now is my 950XL or the web.

there was an update to the application some weeks ago that fixed the problem, make sure you are using the latest version of the application.
