[bricked] Stuck at boot screen - can't hard reset :)

Yesterday, when I tried to hard reset my phone got sorta bricked. It's stuck at HTC boot screen and I can't even turn it off, because it turns on itself when i try. It doesn't boot, and drains all the battery to the point it's off
I gave it back, and I'm waiting for repair / replace.

Has it happened to anyone else?

It's the same by my phone. Nokia Lumia 920.

Seems like it's common WP8 issue... Same reports with 8X
Damn, WP8 is soo great, but this thing is killing me. I have to wait now for at least two weeks for new phone / repair. Jeeez.
I just hope it won't happen again with new device...

I don't understand how you guys brick your phones ?
Never ever broke any of my phones and i use them for lots of purposes.
