Has anyone from Canada received the update for the 8s ?

I am currently using an unlocked 8s from Virgin Canada on Wind Mobile. I've seen some 8s owners got the 450MB update as early as March on the forum.
I've checked the "check for updates" option for several times since, but there is nothing. My firmware version is still 1030.54.10401.666.
Are the updates pushed by carriers or HTC ?

Good question, i got a bell unlocked. 8s no update for me, people that got the update are from Europe, i hope it will bring fm radio
