Help - 8S passcoded

A friend borrowed my 8s and passcoded it and he's in the states so I tried a hard reset and now just this
can anyone help ??

netio.sys is now apparently missing and I cannot get it to boot up

sadly that was never going to work as I didn't have his login to reset the phone via the desktop software so a hard reset was my only option and that's somehow borked the phone.

is there anyway to fix this ??

right now it's just constantly rebooting to that screen and no more than that

It looks like a corrupt memory sector somewhere?

Is it possible to flash this phone like you can do with a Nokia? That might be your only resort.

Am not sure why would your friend put his email on your phone?

The phone is in a scary state now, you could have asked him to reset the phone from wp.com website (since he has the credentials)
