language problem after upgrade to 8.1 developer preveiw

I tried to upgrade mz HTC 8s with 8.1 DP. But after that I have some arabic language as default. Now I do not know ( it is totally incomprehensibly for me ) how to return to english.
Also I can not make a hard reset. What is my option?

Swipe to the right, go to the gear icon (that's the settings app), scroll to اللغة then tap the + icon. Tick the language you want, tap the tick sign, then tap on the button just below the + icon.
I don't speak Arabic so I can't help you much.

I did it so I watched the English menu on another phone htc 8s.
I picked up the phone system and sold it (it was my intention)
I am now the owner of Lumia 830
