    That's right! Newegg.com has the black and blue versions of the Verizon HTC 8x for $129.99 on contract regardless if it's a new line of service or upgrade. One caveat though. It does state that it will ship when available so who knows how long that will take.

    They can list it for whatever price they want, but if they are like everyone else, they are still waiting to get in their shipment of the 8xs. Waiting, waiting, waiting.

    same deal for other carriers too.

    only problem is i want to keep my current grandfathered data plan. looks like i can't do that through 3rd parties. i guess i have to pay the full $250 and do it through tmobile customer service :(

    for most people, saving $70 and not dealing with any rebates is worth a week's or less wait
