I did side by side speed test with my 8x and Titan2, both running on the same WiFi connection. The difference is considerable. Is that due to the dual core processor or the 1 gig RAM? Or both.

I've done several side by side comparisons with my Trophy and an 8X, the difference is amazing. There are whole animations in some apps that I never knew were there before. Running WP Bench on them revealed why, not only are the CPU and GPU faster, but the memory is too. In addition to having more RAM, the RAM is much faster, as is the storage memory. Added together it means a faster phone in every way.
