I know I lose the Nokia apps, specifically turn by turn but what else will I miss or what apps will I gain now being on the HTC?

Thanks for the help, I am not going to give up WP8!

I assume you stayed on Verizon, so you will gain a higher resolution screen, built in wireless charging, and a thinner phone. HTC has the HTC hub and Photo Enhancer, both of which I liked a lot on my Titan before I upgraded to my 920, and you should gain turn by turn back when Nokia pushes their turn by turn to all Windows Phones in early 2013 as they announced, so that is a temporary loss

Yeah that was actually the reason I got the 822 in the 1st place, as well as Nokia Drive. I'm hearing that VZ Navigator is ok for turn by turn?

I'm an att customer so can't say much about vz navigator, is it lime att navigator where they charge monthly? Because if that is the case I highly recommend navigon over it BC a onetime purchase is permanent.

8x is an awesome phone! I have a 920 but I always play with the 8x when going into the store. Keep an eye on your corners
