    I bought it yesterday, and I've noticed I cannot play any videos, (including videos I've recorded AND videos on the internet). Whenever I try to hit the "Play" arrow it acts like i pressed it, but nothing actually happens. I also can't open my "Music and Video" Settings. It also highlights when I click on it, but does't respond.

    I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Is there a way to fix it in settings, or do have a faulty phone and need to swap it for a working one?

    My carrier is Tmobile.

    Have you tried shutting it off and on? reset? if so just try a new phone
