That Music, Pics, Apps, System and OTHERS

Hey guys, need your help. I'm new with this phone (around 2 weeks). I'm concerned about the "others" part filling up almost 1.5gig in my storage.
Any idea what is this for and how to remove it?

It is for other files (caches/games progress/maps history/ie history etc etc). You cannot erase it.
I've got 3.1GB.

I haven't found any way to erase and I've looked extensively. I'm sitting about 3.5gb and I'm getting to the point where I'm going to need that space if possible. I really wish all phones came with micro SD slot.

Oh I see. Thanks. I thought its for browser/cache history or something, I tried to clear my cache but nada.
Tried rebooting and reinstalling all but it was still there.
