HTC 8x Speaker Phone problem (Can consistently repro)

I have an HTC 8X on T-Mobile USA that has a problem with the speaker phone. I just received a replacement phone today because of this and an issue from another thread, but the replacement has the same problem as the old one. Now I want to see if I'm just unlucky or if this is a wider issue.

Problem:
When initiating a speaker phone call via voice recognition, there is no audio on the call (And the other side can't hear anything either.
Once this happens you basically can no longer hear any calls until you reboot the phone.

To repro:
1) Hold down the Windows Button for a couple seconds to initiate voice recognition
2) Say "Call <INSERT CONTACT NAME> Mobile On Speaker" OR "Call <INSERT CONTACT NAME> Home On Speaker" to call a contact's mobile or home number.

This should initiate a speaker phone call, but for me, neither party can hear the other.

Does this repro for others?

For me this isn't a big deal since I don't call many people using voice control or on speakerphone.
