Phone keeps rebooting after HTC logo

I turn it on, it vibrates, goes to the HTC logo, then goes black, and repeat. I have no idea what is happening. I tried the power + volume down reset, as well as trying to ring it on windowsphone.com, but nothing is working. Help!

Is the phone connected to a charger when this happens? Looks like some data has been corrupted and hence it is not booting properly. You may want to try doing a hard reset. Note you will loose your data when you do a hard reset.

Im having the same exact problem. Nothing works. Just called at&t and they are just going to replace the phone for me.
