HTC Dot View broken

So I accidentally uninstalled Dot View, and when I closed the case it would sit there with Dots and not go to sleep, so it ate up my battery. I couldn't find Dot View in the store, but I found a QR code on these forums to it and I was able to redownload it. Problem now is whenever I receive a call and hang up. When I close my Dot View case it shows the call with the hang up motion and the timer keeps going up, even though a call is not in place. I try to hang up the call while in Dot View and it just refreshes and does the same thing. If I reboot my phone its fine, but I seriously don't want to have to reboot my phone after every call I make, I would be rebooting 100+ times a day. Has anyone seen this issue or know of a solution?

if you're okay with it, i'd reset it to factory. then when you log into your account, it should pull all your settings, contacts, messages, etc. the whole process probably takes about 15-20 minutes.

but make sure you make a backup first.
