Huawei Ascend W3 Specs?

Hi All

What do you think the specs will be low end or high end, 1080p or 720p, snapdragon 800 or 400?

Could be Huawei high end WP device for WP8.1?

What do you think?

Low end... Huawei makes phones for low end service providers like Metro PCS for example. Don't get me wrong I think their devices are quality built to last just not made with high end hardware.

There cheap as chips!

I still tell people to get a budget Nokia than huawei I heard not so good issues about some of there devices.

I used the W1 for about 6 weeks and it gave a rock solid performance in every way. sold it because the onboard storage was just too pathetic and I wanted a larger screen. I honestly really enjoyed the W1. seems I read that the W3 would be mid range.
