New mobile site for SunTrust bank

For those that use SunTrust bank in the USA you may have seen they redid their mobile site recently. I just began playing with it on my Lumia and an extremely disappointed to see all I can do is view my balances and activity. It seems that there is supposed to be a hamburger icon in the top left to open a menu for more options but it is not showing up on my phone.

Are there any other SunTrust customers here who might be able to confirm this? I'm hoping its just me doing something wrong. I haven't bothered contacting SunTrust yet because I know the iPhone wielding tech support guy isn't going to have much sympathy for me. Not that they've ever replied to any message I've sent them about Windows devices.

Confirmed. I get a balance sheet and nothing else. Where did you read/hear about the hamburger icon?

I sent an email to SunTrust via their website and requested a Windows Phone version of their app, and they replied that they have no plans to make one. Sigh.

I looked on the desktop version of their website and read about the improved mobile banking features. Pictures there led me to believe there was a hamburger icon, however after grabbing my mom's iPhone and looking the menu is actually at the bottom of the page. Not quite a contextual menu but the buttons are there. Makes me wonder if they're hiding under the address bar in IE 11 mobile.

This is interesting, this customer service person is almost indicating they are working on a Windows app. Not sure I believe a outsourced help desk person but I'd be happy to find out they're creating a Windows 10 app.
