I currently have a Android phone and always have had one. I'm entertaining the idea of a Nokia 920. I have one question..I seen a feature that I'm wondering is it a Nokia app or a windows app. They recorded a video and on playback he slowed one person down and another fast. Any ideas?

Welcome to WPCentral! Not sure about the app, but if it's in a 920 video it's probably a Nokia app. I know they have some nifty stuff going on with their cameras.

I believe you are referring to the Cinematography app. This entire process of altering the speeds of different things on the camera is cinematography. I do not know the exact name of this application though. I believe it was a Nokia app.
