why i am getting an Error Code for Posterity 800c000e.. plz help me i am using nokia lumia 530

i am using Nokia lumia 530DS. Last night i'd reset my phone. After that i could not sign in to microsoft account. i could only get this reply from that
"We're having trouble signing in. Make sure you have good reception. If you do, you may want to wait a little while before trying again.
