Has the lumia 620 finally got a worthy successor in the 6xx family with the lumia 640/640xl

To be honest i thought that the lumia 640 was gonna be another "okayish" phone after yesterday's accidental reveal. But now that i look at it, it seems pretty neat and good enough to go against the moto g if the price is right even i might upgrade (i love my 620 btw) cause the 640 is an actually upgrade though that 730 is lookin pretty sexy. What are your thoughts on this?

From a productivity standpoint I would go for the 640 and it has a better cam than the 730 (on paper) so that's a bonus

Arghh im too late, I upgrade my 620 to a 735. Why wasn't the 630 the 640. Oh well, the phone is really cool

Lumia 640 definitely is the right replacement (and real successor) to Lumia 620. just about right timing to replace my old 620, if the price is right...

And it lacks of glance screen and has worse camera.

When Microsoft annouced Lumia 640 yesterday I have started to think and compare Lumia 730/735 vs Lumia 640 and still I don't know which is better, but I have to change my 620 (love it) for one of these anyway.

730/735 has definitely better camera than 640. Zeiss optics, senzor size 1/3.4", f/1.9 in 735 vs basic optics, senzor size 1/4" and f/2.2 in 640.

All the trashy 625, 630, 635 were lacking features from the 620 here and there; none of them had all of the features together...
